The Unus Shopper® features a durable, lightweight aluminium construction. Its innovative 3-way system handle can be easily adjusted to three different positions with the touch of a button, promoting a natural hand posture. Additionally, the telescopic handle can be infinitely adjusted for optimal use, regardless of body size. Connecting the chassis to a bicycle is simple with the Andersen coupling system, Bike & Easy. With a maximum carrying capacity of 40 kg, even heavy loads are easily handled by the Unus Shopper®.
Made from recycled fishing nets and leather, the Carl bag is perfect for shopping in supermarkets or weekly markets. With a 44 capacity, it's suitable for a week's worth of groceries or a picnic in the park with friends. The bag also features convenient side and front pockets, as well as a large interior pocket for items like notebooks. Additionally, it can double as a backpack if needed. Its water-repellent and durable design makes it a practical choice for any outing.

The versatile Unus Shopper® conveniently connects to a bike using the Andersen Shopper Manufaktur Bike & Easy coupling system, adding flexibility to daily life as a bicycle shopper. The versatile 3-way handle system can be easily adjusted with a single button to three distinct positions. When positioned on the left or right, the shopping trolley will follow behind the user at a slight angle and effortlessly glide over uneven terrain, thanks to its lightweight wheels. In the upright setting, the Shopper® can be pushed or pulled without causing hand strain and promotes a natural walking posture, minimizing strain on the back. The telescopic pole can be smoothly adjusted to your desired height.
The Unus Shopper® is designed to easily attach to a shopping trolley through the use of the integrated HängFix system. Once shopping or a trip is complete, the versatile bag can be detached from the Unus Shopper® and the shopping trolley's frame can be folded for compact storage. The versatile Carl bag for the Shopper® is expertly crafted using recycled fishing nets and leather details for a unique urban style. With a spacious 44 litre capacity, it can be used for both weekly shopping trips and as a work bag with a secure inner pocket for a notebook or papers. Additional side and front pockets, including a zip closure, offer convenience for smaller items. Plus, the lined rucksack straps allow for flexible usage, and the bag can even be detached from the selected Shopper® chassis and transformed into a backpack as needed.
Due to its material composition, the Carl bag is resistant to light soiling.

Our specially developed coupling system, made up of a coupling and a pin, make connection and disconnection a breeze. Compared to traditional cargo bikes, the Shopper® offers far greater convenience.

We offer Free Shipping on all our products over £49 for the UK mainland.
We do our best to have your order shipped within 2 (two) to 5 (five) business days from the date of your order. Please note some of our products are custom made or sourced from mainland Europe and some delivery times frames may be between 5 (five) and 21 (twenty-one) business days. Shipping times will be accurately displayed at checkout. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
We endeavor to have your order delivered in the shortest amount of time possible. Express delivery for the next day or within 48 hours is available in certain instances at an extra cost. Please email support@hitchabike.co.uk for an accurate quote.
If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
The customer should be aware that if an order consists of more than one product, these products may be delivered separately. In these cases, the customer will accept part delivery of an order.
Order confirmation
When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email.
In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be despatched.
In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate despatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions.
When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to despatch your order.
Please note if an order consists of more than one product, these products may be delivered separately as soon as they become available.

Please be careful if nominating a safe space with with courier. Please ensure the area chose is safe and secure. We will not accept liability for items stolen if this method of delivery has been selected by the customer.

We deliver to all of the UK. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK offshore islands may take an additional day to arrive.
RETURNS
Cancellations & Refunds
If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. The refund will be issued to the customer within 14 days of receipt of the product. Refunds on returns will only be accepted if the customer returns the product in its original packaging, unused, with all labels intact and any documentation that comes with the item.
Please note some of our featured products are shipped from various countries in the EU. These items have limited return policies. In some cases, an item may only be returned if it was received in a damaged condition. You (the buyer) will incur all costs related to the return shipping of these items.
If you have ordered an incorrect-sized item then please contact us as soon as possible and we can amend the product size for you before the item is dispatched.
